PRE NATAL PERSON TRAINING â€‹â€‹DO YOU WANT TO EXERCISE DURING PREGNANCY AND NEED A HELPING HAND ON HOW TO DO SO SAFELY? 

This is one of the most important times in your life to lean on experts to help you, as you navigate all the changes to your body and lifestyle.

I am a certified pre and post natal personal trainer and design bespoke fitness programs for pre and post natal clients. 

Each session is tailor made to suit your own fitness level. My focus during sessions is to maintain strength and fitness, maintain posture and integrated core strength and of course prepare your body for the one of the most important workout’s of your life.

​

A lot of women are unsure of what they can and can’t do when it comes to exercising during pregnancy. I aim to give women total confidence to keep active. We use a variety of free weights, resistance bands & body weight exercises. 

​

Whether you are new to exercise or are a regular at the gym, training through pregnancy has great benefits such as:

​

  • Improved weight management

  • Reduced incidents of Gestational Diabetes

  • Decreased incidents of preeclampsia

  • Better physiological well-being

  • Lower incidents of depression

  • Reduced lower back pain

  • Easier labour

  • Quicker postnatal recovery

I  have a strong focus on nutrition throughout pregnancy, covering how to eat healthily for the growth and development of you and your new baby. We also cover the do and don’ts when it comes to certain food groups.

I aim to prepare your body not just for labour but also motherhood and the movement that comes with the 4th trimester . I also advise all my mummy's on the best way to move post birth which is often forgot about. As a mother myself I know how hard it can be to feel like 'yourself' again and I want you to be the best version of you at such an important time in your life.

Sessions are friendly and relaxed and I would love to be part of your motherhood journey!
