Hi I'm Millie,
I am a certified personal trainer who is pre and post natal trained with a nutritional advisor qualification specialising in women's health. My full-circle approach to health and fitness comes from a belief that movement should be enjoyable, that each and every person has unique needs and that there is no one-size fits all formula for health. I believe that personal differences in anatomy, metabolism, our lifestyle and body composition all influence overall health in what makes you feel best. Now, as a mother, I understand more than ever the struggles with fitting in time for yourself. I want to share my passion with other women and show them that any movement is good movement which should be fun not a punishment. No matter what time you have available to you, whether it be 5,10,15 minutes, there is always something you can do to take care of YOU! Consistent habits lead to lasting shifts in your life.
